This service is run by Sparkly, LLC.
What we collect
- From X: your profile, your posts and their numbers, including private numbers such as profile clicks, and public posts and author details we suggest you reply to. We can't see your messages or password.
- Made from that: a description of how you write, your subjects, and number codes of your posts (embeddings) that help match drafts and topics.
- From you: your settings, notes and draft edits, and your email if you turn on morning emails.
- From Stripe: your subscription status and billing email. Stripe handles your card details, and we never see them.
- From using Repli: actions such as signing up, building a plan or using a draft, to improve the product. We delete these after 180 days.
- To show one of several page versions, we work out a version from your IP address without storing it. To count visits: a scrambled code from your IP address that changes every day, with no cookies, plus the site that sent you. We can't follow you from one day to the next.
- For the free tools: a scrambled version of your IP address to apply daily limits, and the text you submit is sent to our AI provider to produce the result. We don't save that text.
How we use it
To analyze your account, write suggestions and run your subscription. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. Your X access is stored encrypted.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the service, runs the AI models and sends emails, X provides account data, and Stripe handles payments.
Your choices
You can sign out anytime, delete your account and data in the app under You, and revoke access in your X settings. After deletion we keep only your X account number, whether you used the free plan or trial, usage counters for up to 7 days and X cost records, to prevent abuse of free offers. If you delete a recent post on X, we remove our copy once two reads in a row show it's gone. Older posts are removed when their year is up, or when you delete your account. We delete suggested posts after 30 days, drafts after 90 days, unconfirmed email addresses after 3 days, and your stored posts after a year. Usage and cost records stay while your account is open.
