Terms
This service is run by Sparkly, LLC. By using it, you agree to these terms.
What it does
It analyzes your X account, plans your day and suggests posts, replies and other writing. It doesn't post for you, and you are responsible for everything you publish. Check drafts before posting, because AI can be wrong.
No guarantee of results
We don't promise any number of followers, views or other results. Numbers we show are estimates from the data X provides.
Using it fairly
Don't use the service to spam, harass, mislead people, or break X's rules. We may close accounts that do.
Subscriptions
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial, once per account. A card is required, and you won't be charged if you cancel before it ends. The paid plan renews monthly at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are handled by Stripe. If you have a problem with a charge, write to us and we'll sort it out, and you keep any refund rights your local law gives you.
Availability
The service depends on X and other providers and may change or stop working. It's provided as is, to the extent the law allows.
