Tweet Hunter alternatives: X growth tools compared

The right alternative depends on the job. Typefully suits you if you write your own posts and want a clean scheduler. SuperX is the closest match if you want Tweet Hunter's mix of scheduling, a viral post library and AI. Repli is for people who want a daily plan and drafts, and who are happy to post by hand. If you mainly post on X, check Hypefury's current platform list before you pay.

We make Repli, so weigh our view with that in mind. We took these details from each company's own site on November 3, 2026. Prices and features change, so check before you buy. We haven't run a test of how much each tool grows an account, and we'd doubt anyone who gives you a number.

Tweet Hunter

Tweet Hunter's pricing page lists three plans: Discover at $29, Grow at $49 and Enterprise at $199 a month, with a 7-day free trial. All plans include scheduling, auto-plug and auto-retweet, auto-DMs and a library of over 12 million viral tweets. The AI writer starts on Grow.

Why people look elsewhere: you may not need a large library, or you may want a lower price for writing and scheduling alone.

SuperX

SuperX lists Pro at $49, Advanced at a $49 launch price (normally $99) and Ultra at $199 a month. It includes a web app and a Chrome extension. Pro covers scheduling and AI credits, while Advanced adds a library of more than 10 million viral posts and a replies feature.

Worth noting: at the launch price, Pro and Advanced cost the same, so check which one you're getting and when the price changes.

Typefully

Typefully has a free plan with 10 posts a month, and a Creator plan at $99 a year, billed annually. Creator adds X analytics and AI writing. It posts to X, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky and Mastodon. The Business plan, at $18 per social set per month billed yearly, adds team tools.

Worth noting: it's the cheapest paid option here. If you already know what to write, it may be all you need.

Hypefury

Hypefury was long known as an X tool, so this one needs a check. Its current home page lists Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok and Bluesky. It doesn't list X. Plans run from $6 a month per platform to $39 a month for Pro.

Worth noting: we're going by what the site shows, not a statement from the company. If X is your main network, ask them before you pay. We cover this in Hypefury alternatives.

Repli

Repli is what we make. Each morning, it tells you what to post and who to reply to on X, and it writes drafts based on how you already write. It has read-only access and can't post for you. There's a free plan with an audit and your first plan, and the paid plan is $39/month plus tax where it applies, with a 3-day trial that needs a card. The FAQ has the details.

Where it falls short: Repli has no scheduler and no viral library. It covers only X. You post every draft by hand, which takes more effort than a scheduler. It's also new, and it can't promise you any follower number. If you want to queue a week of posts, one of the tools above fits you better.

Check what automation you turn on

Some tools here offer auto-DMs, auto-plugs and automatic retweets. We aren't saying any tool breaks X's rules, since that depends on how it's set up and used. But the responsibility for your account is yours, so read the rules first.

X's developer guidelines list auto-replies to random users and bulk DMs as prohibited. They also say AI-generated replies need prior approval from X. A separate authenticity policy covers inflating engagement.
